Here are some commonly asked questions we hope will help you plan your visit to PUMP'd. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Q. Why do we have to take off our shoes to go in the jump room? I don't understand why I need socks-- I'm not going to jump around!

Although we realize that not all guests will participate in our inflatables or climb though our play structure during their visit at PUMP'd, we must maintain a level of cleanliness, health, and safety for everyone. It is an industry practice that all who enter these facilities remove their shoes and wear clean socks. If you have a medical reason/concern, please contact a manager to discuss your situation privately


Q. Can we have a party without reserving a private party room?

No gifts, cake or cupcakes are allowed to be served during Open Jump times. Anyone bringing gifts/exchanging gifts or having an event that resembles a party without a prior reservation will be subjected to a $100 walk-in party charge (in addition to their admission fee).


Q. What is your party deposit and cancellation policy?

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all party reservations. If you provide at least 14 days notice, you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any party canceled in fewer than 14 days or not re-booked within two months will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions.


Q. How many guests can I invite to a party at PUMP'd?

Click on our “Party Info” page to see our different party packages, and the number of guests each can accommodate. Please be aware that each person attending your party is considered a guest. If you are looking to book a larger party than what is listed (i.e.: corporate party, graduation night, etc.), please contact a Manager to discuss your needs.


Q. Can I have 2 guests of honor?

ABSOLUTELY! You can have up to four guests of honor at one party. There will be an additional fee of $25 per guest of honor. We will try to provide additional party hosts to assist with ALL your party needs, from serving cake to keeping a list presents that were open! PLUS all guests of honor get their own special party favor to take home from PUMP'd.


Q. What if I have more guests than the party package we booked? Who is considered a guest to our party?

A "guest" is any person who enters the jump room for your party (i.e.: children, friends, parents, grandparents, etc.). If you have a larger guest count than the party package you have reserved, your final bill will be subject to additional "guest" charges. We charge $10 for each additional "guest" for the first ten people; then the additional price becomes $25 each.


Q. Will there be someone from PUMP'd in the party room to help us with the party?

YOU BET! One of our trained party hosts will do EVERYTHING they can to make your party memorable. They will keep party goers involved in the jump room, set-up and serve refreshments, help the guest(s) of honor open presents, write down a gift list for you, and be there for any last-minute assistance. We strive to take care of everything start to finish!


Q. May we tip our Party Host?

Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your party host has done a great job please let them know. A 10% tip is customary, but it's up to you and your party experience on how much you feel you should tip.


Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers or have other personal decorations?

With each party, PUMP'd will provide your paper products (plates, napkins, utensils) free of charge with your party. These are generic and have no theme. You may bring your own table decorations (themed plates, napkins, and table cloth). Just let your party host know as soon as you arrive that you have special items and they will set everything up for you. We ask that if you only bring table decorations-- We do not allow anything to be placed/taped/hung on the walls. We do not allow confetti or silly string inside or outside our facility. If you use these items you will be subject to a $100 clean-up fee.


Q. Can I bring in my own food for a party?

Customers who reserve parties at PUMP'd may order food through PUMP'd or bring outside food for their event effective December 1, 2010. The food is to be served during the Private Party Room portion of their party (final 45 miniutes of party time). We do not allow food to be served during the first 60 minutes of the party, which is reserved for bouncing. We DO NOT allow any alcohol on the premises nor do we allow any outside food or drink during Open Jump.


Q. What type of pizza do you serve?

We are excited to offer ROUND TABLE PIZZA because of their excellent product and service. Their pizzas are delivered hot and fresh right before your party room experience. You can order pizza at the time you place your party order or you may add it when a Party Host contacts you to confirm all details a few days prior to your event.


Q. How long is a party at PUMP'd? How much time do we get to be in the jump room? Can we go back into the jump room after our time in the private party room?

The first hour of a party at PUMP'd will have your group enjoying our jump room. Our jump room has many fun attractions to enjoy: inflatables, video games, and soft-play equipment designed for all ages to enjoy. After an hour in our jump room, your group will move into your PRIVATE party room. You will have 45 minutes to enjoy refreshments and celebrate with your guests. It's important that your guests arrive on time so they don't miss out on any of the fun. We do not allow a party to return to the jump room after they've moved to a party room.


Q. Can I bring in alcohol for adults?

PUMP'd is an alcohol-free facility. Alcohol is NOT allowed on the premises.


Q. When do you need our final guest count? What if more/less people arrive on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza or party favor order?

We will contact you 2-4 days before your party to get a final count and confirm your order. If you have changes to your food order after that time then you must contact a manager directly; do not leave any messages on our answering machine. For party favors, you will only be charged for what you use at the end of the party. As stated in a question above, additional guests (above the party guest count) will be charged $10 per person fee at the conclusion of the party; if greater than ten additional guests are in attendance, the price increases to $25 per person charge.


Q. How many slices are there in a large pizza from Round Table? How many in an extra-large?

All of our delicious ROUND TABLE PIZZAS are cut into 12 slices for large and 16 for extra large. To get a better understanding of how many pizzas you will need, contact us and we'd be happy to help you. We will box up all leftovers for you to take home. As a reminder, each party guest will receive a juice box, soda, or water once your group goes into your party room.


Q. Why should we arrive 15 minutes before our party start time?

We recommend you and your guests arrive 15 minutes early to maximize your party time. Our staff will need to verify each guest has a signed waiver and has clean socks on their feet (this includes grown-ups). For safety reasons, if someone is missing socks or a signed waiver they will not be permitted past the front desk. There will be a short safety presentation before your party is permitted in the jump room. If we start the safety presentation late or if guests do not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee a full hour in the jump room. And we want everyone to enjoy every second of their party at PUMP'd!


Q. How early should I arrive before my party to set up?

It is best if you arrive the same time your party does (approximately 15 minutes early). Our party host will do all the set-up so you can go enjoy the fun.


Q. Can family members, who live together, be on one waiver?

Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the front desk if you need one.


Q. What should my guests bring to the party?

Every guest must have a signed waiver and a clean pair of socks. Yes, socks are required and everyone must have a pair! Anyone who goes beyond our lobby needs to remove their shoes for the health and safety of all participants. If you forget your socks, we have some for sale at the front desk for $2.00 a pair.

Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?

NOTHING! We have a cake knife (and our party host will cut and serve it for your party), candles, and matches. Just enjoy yourself-let our trained PUMP'd staff take care of everything else.


Q. Are drinks provided with a party booking?

YES, with every party booking we offer water, soda, or a juice box for every guest once your party gets into your PRIVATE party room. You are able to purchase additional drinks at our vending machine.
